What is the first step?

How long does the assessment take, and does it cost me anything?

About 60 minutes, and it costs you nothing. We pay for it because it's the most accurate way for both of us to know if this is the right fit before you ever leave your current job.

I have never done sales. Can I really do this?

Yes, and most of our best people had never done it either. The job is about trust and helping people, not pressure. The assessment tells us if you're wired for it, and we train you on everything else.

Is this cold calling or door knocking?

No. Never. Homeowners come to us because they already need help. We send you to people who asked. You never chase anyone.

What is the catch with the pay?

No catch. $750 a week while you train, yours to keep. After that you earn commission with no cap. Your first check usually lands around week four.

What if I leave my job and it does not work out?

That's exactly why we run the evaluation first, so you know before you give notice. We don't bring people on we're not confident will win.

Do I need a special license or degree?

No degree required. We'll tell you anything you need for your area and walk you through it. Most people start with none of it.

How many people are you hiring?

Just 2 to 3 per cohort, and we run one cohort a quarter. When the seats are full, they are full.
